Zoho Sign for Box app : Installation issue
Hi Box Team,
We have a customer trying to add Zoho Sign app to his Box account, but nothing happens after clicking the "+Add" button on this page : https://app.box.com/services/browse/search/zoho_sign_-_open_with/
Seems the user is able to install other apps for Box, but is not able to add Zoho Sign app.

The issue is not reproducible on our end or with other customers.

Could you look into this issue for a resolution or guide us if there are any actions to be done from our side.

Hello Kalai,
I have a hunch of what the issue is here. If possible, it would be best if you could have our joint customer open a support ticket directly with us!
However, please have them check and see if the following setting is enabled:
Admin Console > Apps tab > Global App Settings section > Secure Connection: Require web app integrations to use secure connections (SSL)
To resolve this, we will either need to have them disable this setting or enable a setting only available on the backend for the application itself.
