automations or hover text to clarify filing guidelines?
What do you suggest for ensuring teammates know which documents belong in what folder? We used to rely on a separate doc pinned up by our desks but that only works for rule followers. Are there any automations or hover text options to help us humans put files in the right places? (Word search obviously helps us find things, but the idea is for team to know where things belong and not spend time questioning or guessing.)
