403 Forbidden error when trying to get information of an account
Hi all,
I am working on Box integration with sailpoint IIQ. The account integrated with sailpoint has the admin access. But when the api call is made from IIQ for reading the content of an account, it throws 403 forbidden exception.
https://api.box.com/2.0/folders/0/items?fields=type,id
Please could anyone suggest what could be the possible solution to this?

Hey Priya,
I can take a look in our backend logs to pinpoint the exact reason for the 403. In order to do so I will need a bit more information. Can you please provide the user ID of the Admin account hooked up to the integration and an example date/time/timezone you received the error?
