Several questions - New Customer Assistance
Hi,
I tried to contact your box number and could not connect to the sales team after a total of 20+ minutes of hold time. So I am forced to come here.
Here are my questions, please help :-
1. If I share only a few folders to someone (collaboration), will those be the ONLY folders that show up when they download and use box drive?
2. How different is Admin control from User? I want the owner of the company to be able to check and delete collaborators, add collaborators on folders/files, etc.. What more can Admin control do?
3. Web UI has the option to 'lock' a file if you are working on it. How does the locking feature work on box drive? So if one person is accessing the file and using it, if another person also accesses the file on the desktop, will that create problems?
4.How does adding/deleting users work? Say I need a collaborator for only 10 days, can I easily add another user to my account and be billed for only those 10 days? Or does it bill for the whole month?
5. Can I create restrictions to files by first making people sign an NDA, after signing the NDA they get access to the folder? I want the NDA to also be saved inside the folder. So for example - I sent someone a shared link to a folder - They then see an NDA that needs to be signed. They sign the NDA and the folder is accessible. The NDA is saved inside the same folder, or another folder.
If you can please contact me with a call, I would really appreciate it.
I submitted a form, but the sales person, Andre Alger aalger@box.com

How do I send large drawing to clients where they are not required to buy Box. Recipient is a city agency and they won't be able to buy it. They just need to see the drawings and use it with Bluebeam. How do I do that. So far they can't open the drawing with out purchasing Box. They said that they get drawing through Box in a way that they don't need to buy Box from other clients. How do I do that?
