Same error message & Couldn't complete the Sync from Box folder to local drive. Kindly advise how to remove the download restriction. Thanks.

Same problem for me! The files Box claims are involved have no icon and no name, so I can't locate them tome them...

I am having the same problem. The error keeps coming back no matter how many times I quit the box sync app or restart my computer. The error does not identify the two files that are causing the error, so I cannot delete, re-create or move them to another folder. Do I need to open a troubleshooting ticket or is someone at box.com already monitoring this issue?

J'ai supprimé par inadvertance un dossier

    Comment le restaurer.?

Un message m'indique que la restauration du dossier est verrouillée

    Comment le déverrouiller?

Not surprising that you encountered this, too, Will Murphy.

Box Sync is outrageously bad client software.

I'm seeing this problem today. There's no solution?

Potential solution: I had the same error.  I turned off sync for all folders (at Box.com) and then turned them back on.  Took quite a while but this cleared all my errors.
