Error: "Sync files failed. Folder deleted on sync"
I get this error and the suggestion to move the files to another folder to syn to Box. However, I have not deleted any folder but created new ones. What can I do?

I am having the same problem. The error keeps coming back no matter how many times I quit the box sync app or restart my computer. The error does not identify the two files that are causing the error, so I cannot delete, re-create or move them to another folder. Do I need to open a troubleshooting ticket or is someone at box.com already monitoring this issue?
