Cannot see the total size of my shared folders

I cannot see the size of my folders when I log into my box account when I access it from the box.com website, just the number of files.

Can I get a step by step with pictures on where to look for something that will show me the folder and then the size info next to it.  The previous posts on this are not clear, to the right, next to the share, etc.

    Do I need to download the box.com app on my laptop to see actual folder/file size?

    When you are in the box.com website, you will see all of your files and folders in your All Files view.  Mouse over any folder and, at the far right, click on the checkbox that corresponds to the folder.  This will populate the details pane at the right of the screen which will tell you the total size of the folder in MB/GB.
