I tried logging into my already existing account. I had to reset my password. All my existing files are missing. Please Please someone advise on where all my files have disappeared to.

  Any chance you could have two different accounts and you logged into the wrong one?

  No. I only have one account.

  No. I have one account. This happened after I upgraded my account.
