Need assistance on deleting a Box account

We need an assistance from your team to delete the Box account for <personal information-redacted>. We can't create an account for her on our organization since she already have an account with the same email address but in other organization.
Error message when creating her account: "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise".
