HELP, need Christmas miracle
I have a box account and am trying to link to a client's InCopy files. I need to install Box Cloud, but when I try to install, I get stuck in a back and forth loop of launching the installation and then Box getting stuck on the installation.
I thought it might have to do with the fact that I've been unable to set a password for the account, but when I try to create a password, it gets stuck in yet another loop of creating a password over and over again.
I then thought that maybe if I deleted the account, I could start over and create a new Box account with my email, but it keeps going to my existing account that I'm unable to do anything with.
So here is what I need. Reinstate my account. Let me set a password. Make sure I can download the Box cloud app. My client is getting frustrated with me and it seems all my workarounds are making it worse. Please help!
