     Fixing the Account Login and Password Issues
    Reset Password:
    Visit the Box Password Reset Page.
    Enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam/junk folder.
    Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:
    Sometimes, cached data can cause login loops. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try resetting your password again.
    Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode:
    If the problem persists, try using a different browser or opening an incognito/private browsing window to perform the password reset.
    2. Reinstating or Deleting the Account
    If you're unable to reset the password and want to delete or reinstate your account:

    Contact Box Support:
    Visit the Box Support Page.
    Submit a support ticket with your account details, explaining the situation.
    If you're unable to log in to create a ticket, try their chat support or email them directly at  (if available for your region).
    3. Installing the Box Cloud App
    Once your account is fixed:

    Visit the official Box Download Page.
    Download the appropriate version of the Box app for your operating system.
    During installation, ensure:
    Your internet connection is stable.
    No VPN or firewall settings are blocking the installation.
    You run the installer as an administrator (right-click > "Run as Administrator").
    4. Workaround for Accessing InCopy Files
    If the issues persist and you need immediate access:

    Request Direct Download Links:
    Ask your client to share the files directly via email or another cloud service temporarily.
    Access Through the Box Web App:
    Log in to your account via Box.com and download the files manually through the browser.
    5. Resolving Client Frustration
    Keep your client informed about the situation and the steps you're taking to resolve it.
    Offer them temporary alternatives for file sharing (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive) until the issue is fixed.
