Why can't I download any of these files?

I'm on this site https://upayacouncil.wordpress.com/english/

and I'm trying to view many of the text files. They all seem to be stored on box, but nothing loads. Does anyone have any insight into why I can't access any of this site's materials? They are clearly trying to present the materials to the public using box.com but nothing is loading?
