Missing Folders - Urgently need

The folder that holds all of the documents on our website is missing in our box.com accoun. Therefore, all of the clicks on the links on our website get the following message and there is no way to call or email to get help.

It says we are here to help but I am not finding that to be true. Please open a ticket and contact me asap to help retrieve this folder. Thank you.
