Arc'teryx + Box + ICP: Permission Setting and Investigation

Hello, I am part of the ICP team managing the deduplication of Arc'teryx’s assets. We are using our automation tool to identify duplicate files within their Box library. However, we have encountered what appears to be permission-related issues that are restricting our access to the full set of assets. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, we are still only able to access a limited subset of the files. 

Also, we need our entire team to be able to access all of their library so that we spot-check and remove duplicate assets. There seem to be different access and permission features at play that aren't allowing. 

We have a meeting set up with Eric Mayer, Dan Maillet, and David Vlemmix today at 4. Eric asked me to create this ticket here as well.
