Cannot See Files That Were Uploaded
My collaborator sent me a file that I cannot see. After reaching out to them they advised the following: “ I am sorry that you ae having trouble accessing your case file on Box.Com. However, DCR cannot send the case file to your e-mail because it is too large for DCR’s server, so it must do so via the third party platform of Box.com. The entire case file has been downloaded onto Box.Com. Please contact Box.Com customer support and they should be able to assist you with access to your case file. Thank you.” Please help. Thank you.
