SSO account fallover ?

When switching from "SSO Test Mode" to "SSO Required", are there any provisions for a fallover account(s) which can still log in even if the SSO provider is offline or otherwise unavailable?

Would the existing "Admin" or "Co-Admin" roles be able to log in to Box with the standard password, or are they also limited to the SSO authentication?
