Need to submit a ticket

I need to access Shuttle to migrate, but it's not appearing, I have gone through all the steps, and I am account owner permission level.

Read all the docs,and follow;w all steps, still not working and I can't find any chat or submit a ticket option, deeply frustrating, I am currently on trial and do not think I will commit based on my experience so far.
