Can't log in after organization removed google accounts.

I need to access files that were shared to my box account with my university's email address. This summer they migrated or accounts from google to outlook and now I cannot log in to the box account that was tied to my university email. I type my email in to the log in section then it reroutes to google sign in and gives an error message every time.
