Box Drive Sync Issue

We have been using Box to receive files from internal platforms and other sources, and for the past two years, we've been using Box Drive on our Windows server to sync these files from the cloud. However, as of yesterday, we are receiving sync related errors

  • C:\Users\srv-sisense-mft\AppData\Local\Box\Box\logs
  • [error][2025-03-04 00:23:08.224353][0x0000274c][BoxShellExtShim.cpp:197][SetupReloadEventAndWait] Failed to create reload event: 0x80070005
  • Box version -2.42.213

Could you please assist us with resolving this issue?
