HOW IN THE WORLD DO I SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET????

What in the world is wrong with BOX.com???

I cannot upgrade my account. I cannot open a support ticket.....is this company trying to DIE? Where in the world do we submit tickets, where in the world do I go to upgrade my account...LOL. Management needs to be taken out back and walked out the back door, this is NOT how you run a company.
