Not able to access shared documents: "Online Office Failed to Load"

I am not able to access documents shared with my box account--I receive the error message "Online Office Failed to Load."

I cannot find the shared documents anywhere in my account.

I have tried to create another Box account and have the same errors. I have tried multiple browsers and encounter the same error.
