Unable to Create Limited Access App Due to "Enterprise Admin Authorization" Error

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Limited Access App on the Box Developer Console, but I’m encountering an issue. I receive the following error:

"This application needs to be authorized by the enterprise admin."
Can someone guide me on how to proceed? Specifically:
How can the enterprise admin authorize this Limited Access App creation, or
Is there a way for me to create the app without requiring admin approval?
