is it true that Box Personal Pro has no support?

I was about to upgrade to Personal Pro but can find nothing on the Box site about how to get support, FAQ are not support. I tried a question or two on HELP and got the usual off- the-wall random nonsense. Community is not support: I need to do my work today and I can send a question to communuity and wait 2 months for nothing in reply. I am willing to pay for support but not to buy another piece of sofware that I cannot use.
