Unable to Upload any Document, Create any folder and Grant access to Others

Dear Team,

I am unable to upload any documents, create any folders and Grant access to others. For all these three I am getting issue. Kindly help

  I am also unable to upload documents. Here is the status message: "Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again."

  I've tried clearing my cache, restarting my computer, and changing browsers, nothing has helped.  I have viewer and uploader permissions to this folder, but both my colleague and I are unable to upload. Please advise, Thank you!
