Reset 2fa
Hello Support team.
I have tried resetting the 2fa since it showed an error message.
It says I cannot add another 2fa to the account because I don't have another one setup so this it displays an error stating that. It also states to remove the current 2fa and then reconfigure another one.
When I try to click on "remove" for the current 2fa I shows an error and it says to refresh and try again...
After that I deleted the box.com account from the authenticator app and now even though I'm logged in, I removed the box.com from the authenticator app and still the website shows that it cannot remove the 2fa??
Now I fear logging out because I don't have any 2fa setup now... the only thing I can try doing is clicking remove on the 2fa settings but that's not worked since I have been trying it
