Does anyone know the specification of when the box posts to the webhook?

What I want to do is to post to the specified endpoint when a file is added to the box.
However, under certain conditions, it did not post when a file was added to the box. To elaborate, the POST succeeded when the webhook to receive the POST was enabled only once, and failed when it was enabled all the time.
Posting to the endpoint using POSTMAN, the webhook worked fine in both cases, so the cause seems to be the box. But I don't know.

Does anyone know the specifics of when the box posts to the webhook?
Or has anyone else had a similar problem?

The webhook configuration is as shown in the picture.
I would like to know if there is any other page where I can configure webhook and POST related settings.

Hi there,

From what I'm seeing in your screenshots, nothing looks to be setup incorrectly. Events should be sent to you endpoint as soon as the event type occurs on the target object. You might file a support ticket if you can't get it to work.
