Not able to add collaborator

Hi Team, 

I am not able to add collaborator on file and getting below error. 

Adding collaborator on the folder is working fine. Application which is adding collaborator on file is the owner of the file as well as all the parent folders till root folder.

  Hello, 

  Could you please reproduce this error and provide me with: 

  • date/time/timezone of the error
  • the full body response, like you did above, including request ID
