Polling data older than a year

I am trying to poll data from my box application. I am able to poll the recent data, but I am not getting data that is a year old or older. Can anyone confirm that is this a limitation of BOX API or not? Or is there any extra flag that I need to set in the request?

It's kind of an urgent situation.
