Functional UI automation by skipping 2way authentication using Selenium

Hi Team,

We are planning to automate by logging into box.com and accessing folders however to authenticate OTP is required which can't be handled through UI automation. Is there any possibilities to ignore OTP or withouth 2Way auth?
