Automatically Update files to a folder

I am trying to use this API (https://developer.box.com/reference/post-files-content/) to automatically update the reports in the folder but not able to figure out which type of Application should I create in order to move forward. Any links to help is much appreciated. thanks !

  Hi, 

  This guide talks about the different types of custom app authentication methods you can choose. From the limited knowledge I have of your use case, JWT will probably be your best bet.
