Box upload/download speeds are horrible lately

Lately it seems Box is very slow for uploads and downloads...has anyone else been noticing this? I'm on Google Fiber and other things work just fine, but I've had a several instances, both mobile and desktop, where I've had to try multiple times to download or upload files.

    I actually think Downloads are worse than uploads.

    I had a support ticket going on this, but (fingers crossed) issues seemed to be resolved by about 5:45pm Central on Sunday. Not sure what was going on, but it took a LONG time to get things seemingly back to normal.
