How can I delete custom apps for box admin console?

I see a couple other (old) posts about this, someone responded by creating a ticket for them.

I've created several test apps, and while I've deleted them from the developer console, but when I try to delete them from the admin console it says to contact our support org", and when I try to submit a support request it will only let me post in box community.  I would like to delete all my customer apps from the admin console.
