Box can't be opened

I have a MAC and previously had this error. "BOX" can't be opened because the original item can't be found. I was given a new MAC and box was working fine until today. I got the error again. This is really frustrating. Especially since this is a new laptop.  I am using OS 11.6

  I am having the same issue.  Re imaged my machine, reinstalled box app. Cannot use the box app now.
