Errors and Sync Issues
Hello Community. I've been going in circles with Box support and thought I'd turn to the community for assistance.
Question 1: My desktop box folder shows 167 errors and the referenced files have intentionally been deleted from BOX. I'm trying to find out how to make the error go away. I do not want to Retry All I just need to delete error. Signing out and logging back in did not help. Any tips, tricks or suggestions would be appreciated.
Question 2: How long does it take for box folder to sync with box.com? We've encountered time lags in excess of 30 minutes or more for even the simplest of xls.spreadsheets. Some htm sheets we've created from xls have taken overnight to end up visible. Any tips, tricks or suggestions would be appreciated.
