    Hello, 

    Weblinks are also known as bookmarks in Box. Are you meaning shared links instead? Bookmarks cannot be collaborated with other users. 

    Shared links are a bit different too. They are a url that is given out to other users to access content outside of collaboration. You can GET a shared link via the API to see the settings that have been set for it - All users in your company, anyone with the link, etc.
