Issue with Box UI Elements and Upload API

Hi Team,

We have embedded box-uploaded widget with our website and users face random slowness during file uploads.
The progress gets stuck at 100% and some users face a waiting time of 20 minutes for a file of 10 MB.

Can you please help us with the issue?

We have also faced similar issues in a different application which uploads file through upload.ent.box.com api, and our end users are impacted. Any help would be appreciated.
