How can I submit a case to resolve issue
My colleague is facing an issue that he can't use 2FA because he changed his mobile phone (changed phone number). Forum suggested it needs to submit case in BOX Support. I want to know how to submit case in BOX Support.

I suggest that your colleague sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.
If the issue is 2FA then needs to choose "Login" in the drop-down.
