Misleading Website
It happened to me too!
I signed up to the monthly deal and the website took an annual payment from me!!!
No phone support for Refunds either, but oddly enough lots of people to talk to in Sales.

This site is disgraceful.
It does not advertise it's products clearly.
I clicked on a link that said £12/month. I was then wrongly charged $518 for the year!!!!!
I had no intention of doing this. And now the refund team say they will not refund it as "as Box does not grant mid-term concessions".
You have stolen my money!!!! I want it back.
