Request refund an cancellation asap

Hi,

I was paying 15 USD a month since more than two years ago, but today I got an invoice indicating that box charged me 531.96 USD. I don't understand what??

Please I would highly appreciate your help on this, what was I charged that? the invoice says that it correspond to three business account licenses, I don't need those licenses, could you please cancel them? I just need my box space the way I had before.  Thanks
