Unable to setup any of the 2-step verification methods

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the 2 step verification set up.

    Are you having issues with the use of a specific TOTP-compliant authenticator app?

    Have you tried clicking on the link, "View suggested authenticator apps"? Applications that follow this specification include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo, and LastPass.

    I suggest that you check on this article from our Box Product Support page.

    For anyone coming here to find a fix to this issue, I couldn't get it to work on Chrome, Safari, or Edge on Desktop or Mobile.  However it worked on good ol' Firefox. :)
