some files are corrupted

Some of our files are corrupted and I am trying to get help from BOX, but could not find any telephone number or email address

Please advise how can I reach someone

  Same here. All of 500 folders sent to me are interpreted as exention-less files and can't be used.

  Same here. I got 3 files containing 8 hours of work that just got corrupted!
