Can't load outside of Box.com

Only certain ones are giving me an error regarding opening PDF's outside of Box.com. I can open it and look at it in Box.com but saved to my file it give me this error. 85% of the others open with no problem. Am I doing something wrong? Or is it the way the loaded it to Box.com? Or is this a Box.com error?
