    Thanks for answering, I have not been able to access since the email registered to my box account (marycethf@hotmail.com) is no longer in use by microsoft, I need another way to verify my identity to be able to access my files, it is urgent My contact email is: marycethf@gmail.com There must be another way to check my identity, actually I can't lose that information :(
