Reset Storage Count
Could Box Support reset my storage count? I have the 10 GB account, but nowhere near that many files that would exceed 10 GB. I keep getting an error message "running out of storage" and asking me to upgrade accounts. Thank you for any assistance.

I see that you have enough space to upload and I suggest that you contact the folder owner you are uploading to since I'm seeing that his account is full.
