Unable to see the shared files

Hi,

I am not able to see the shared files with me. The shared file is in excel format and can't see it anywhere in the box account.

Kindly help. Thank you

    I'm sorry for the confusion.

    Have you tried checking your trash if this was deleted or contact the owner to send the invitation again?
