I don't know if it's because I didn't verify my email in time, but I can't see my tax forms and my account is just empty. I've tried resetting my password and that didn't help; still empty.

  I pulled up your Box account and don't se any files. Have you already clicked on "Accept" in the invitation email if this was shared to you?
