External 2FA (Filebrowser Pro, iOS 15.3.1) not working

Since a couple of days I’m trying to re-authenticate my latest Filebrowser Pro on iOS 15.3.1 with my account on box.com - and it doesn’t work. After entering the 6 digits from the 2FA authenticator app I am always seeing this page: "Sorry, we couldn't find that page. Please check the URL or go to one of the following pages."

This is the same issue as reported by other Box Mobile App users at https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051279414-OAuth-and-2FA-not-working
If 2FA isn't enabled, the redirection to the "Grant app access" page succeeds, but when 2FA is enabled this redirection fails, leaving the user on a page within the "m.box.com" domain. This domain, which is only used for mobile devices, may indicate why this problem is limited to iPad and iPhone for our FileBrowser Professional app.
Stratospherix are investigating whether a work-around is possible, but the problem resides within the Box authentication servers.
