Can't access 2FA or admin console
I got a new phone and can no longer access 2FA on my account. I believe I have an enterprise account and I am the admin - so I cannot access the admin console because I cannot login.
I have submitted a ticket, which was immediately removed with the message "Login with or upgrade to a Paid Box Business/Enterprise account for more support options. Or engage with the Box Community here.".
I then called phone support and explained the issue, including the denied ticket. Phone support said they can't help and I should submit a ticket.
The account is tied to my work email so opening a new account isn't an option. I need to gain access to my account so I can update 2FA.
To clarify - this account (QuestMark Production Department) is not the account I am having trouble with.
