Can't open box link

When i try to open the link it says "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." However when my colleagues are opening the same link it's opening.

  When I try to open a box link to a folder, I get the can't find page error. I have contacted the sender of the link and they have double checked that the files are there and sent a fresh link, but I am still unable to access.
