Can't reach support person

I am not able to access or open any of my box files. I have changed my password and then i get a message to contact support.....how do i do that....i need an email or chat to explain my issues. I have had this box account since windows 8 and have not gottten any updates at all...i need assistance asap.

  Box Desktop applications support the two latest major versions (64-bit).

  I suggest that you sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.
